Record
We provide a convenient online transcription process that’s been designed to be extremely easy to use. Whether you use an Olympus, Philips or Sony dictaphone, a dictation app on your Smart Phone or an iPad to record your notes, our online platform supports the complete suite of recording technology options.
Upload
Once you’ve recorded the notes you can upload the files onto your system or ours. Some clients prefer us to work directly in their system (assuming the software allows external access) so the files never leave your practice. Others prefer to send the files to us via our website and we coordinate the transcription on our system. We guarantee the same fast, accurate service regardless of how you prefer us to work. If you decide to send your files to us we can work with .mp3 .wav .wma .m4a .amr .aac .aif .dvf. .dss and .ds2 files.
Transcribe
Our transcription team boasts almost 20 years of experience. They are extremely familiar with medical terminology and the nuances that exist in certain specialities. Year on year we have delivered reports with a minimum 98.75% accuracy. We are very proud of our record and our reputation for doing ‘whatever it takes’ to ensure our clients are satisfied with our transcription services. If any issues arise we deal with them quickly and ensure you are happy with any resolution. Your professional reputation is of paramount importance to us.
Validate
Once transcribed, the notes are proofread by a supervisor to ensure accuracy and checked for any other anomalies. Completed files can be returned in original format (Microsoft Word) or be transferred onto your practice letterhead incorporating your preferred formatting, including electronic signatures when applicable. We are very flexible when it comes to formatting and we’ll work with you to deliver your preferred format.
Return
If we are working on your files on the Note Clone system we place the completed transcriptions in your secure login area on the Note Clone platform and alert you via email when they are ready for you to download and review. If we are working in your system we simply save the file in-situ and send an email prompt to let you know it’s ready for final OK.
